INDUSTRIAL PARK STRATEGY



El Burrion Industrial Park has a surface area of 132 hectares, of which 22 hectares are currently being made available and make up the initial phase of the project. So far 17.5% has been developed and is characterized by its circuit-shaped street network connecting each of the 42 industrial plots in the park. Of these 42 plots:

One will be used for administration, commercial use and services
• 7 plots for light industry
• 18 plots for medium industry
• and 15 plots for heavy industry

The plots are grouped into two blocks with paved streets and park areas comprising 3.4% of the surface area and contributing to the urban image and ecological preservation.
El Burrion Industrial Park is geared towards general non-pollutive industry with low water consumption and will act as a magnet to attract and promote the industrialization of Guasave and the State of Sinaloa, as well as offer an alternative industrial location.

The park regulations are designed to bring order to the use and development of land, and to protect the interests of industrialists established in the park. For this reason, strict observance of the regulations is expected from all individuals and companies, land owners, tenants, project designers, contractors and visitors.
